## Meet Our Home Group Leaders

We’ve got an amazing team overseeing and supporting our Care and Connect Home Groups, to ensure every gathering is impactful, supportive, and full of love:

Looking for a place to belong, grow, and share life? Our Care & Connect Home Groups create space for meaningful connections, honest conversations, and spiritual growth—right in your neighbourhood.

All groups meet on the last Wednesday of every month to share a meal from 19:00 – 20:30.
